How do I get a replacement Youview box?

Please could you point me in the right direction for getting a replacement Youview box? I messaged a couple of months ago to ask for advice  after problems with the box and was to told to try resetting it which I had already done. The box now doesn’t do anything, we get a light to say it is on but it won’t do anything else. 
I have just rung customer service but they ‘will get back to me’ via a text message once they’ve checked the phone lines I’m guessing. 
The phone works and we have Internet it is just that the box has failed.

You can't I'm afraid, TalkTalk no longer provide them. The best you could is a 4K box which does allow limited recording with a USB memory device added. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
