my TV Box is a DN372T  I Cannot Get it to Convert to ITVX

Hi

 

ITVX is not available on legacy set top boxes such as the DN372T, or some older smart TV's.  This was a decision by ITV not to bring the app to these devices and is beyond our control.

 

You may be eligible to upgrade to one of the new $K TV boxes or TV Hub.  These do support the ITVX app.

 

Give our customer teams a call and they can discuss options with you.
