Hi this worked fine Sunday night but last night & tonight I want to finish watching something but it will not work. Why is this please as do annoying?

Hi,
Which box do you have? YouView or the Netgem 4k box or the new TV hub as advice can vary between them.
Also what is happening when the hub fails? Black screen and is it during the programme or when transitioning to or from adverts.
The more information you can provide on the issue, the better.
