Why cant i access ITV X ??

i have tried to watch a programme this evening that should have recorded and it hasn’t and when i have tried to get it on demand, the message on the TV is that this is not available on this device. How can i access ITV X on my TV ?

The ITVX app and also apps such as Netflix and NOW are not supported across older devices and TV's.

 

You can give our teams a call and upgrade to the new TV HUB.  Alternatively, if you have a smart TV, you can check this directly and see if this will allow the ITVX app.
