Not happy with my box, I am never able to watch a film without it crashing at least once saying either ethernet/broadband connection lost (which it isn't) or 'we have run into a problem'.
I've tried rebooting, resetting but still the same making the experience miserable.

How is your box connected to the router? Via WiFi or ethernet direct to the router or via power line plugs?
If power lines have you checked the lights on these when the issue occurs?
Have you tried rebooting the router too?
Or factory resetting the Router using the pinhole in the back? You will need to reset your router name and password if you've changed these from the default.
Please let us know so this can be looked into further.
