Itvx pin problem

Having recently installed a new TV hub box I have gone on to ITVX to watch a programme but it is asking for a pin but I have not set up parental control so do not have one ??  What can I do to rectify please

Do you have an account with ITVX set up on the website? You will need one to proceed.

 

On the box enter the ITVX Apps and click sign in.

 

You should then see a code displayed 

 

Go to the website shown and enter this code there 

 

Your account should then sync and you should be able to view programmes.
