How can I get live TV without an aerial input. None of the apps appear to have this.

You can't.

An aerial is needed to view Freeview channels and ITVX and all4 may require a working aerial to determine your region.

I'm assuming you have a TalkTalk TV Hub. If so you may also find that some apps will not show or be available without a connected aerial.

Also apps do vary between devices. ITVX for example shows live channels on some version of the apps and not on others, as some devices are not capable of playing live TV via the app.

One other thing, to view any live TV or use the BBC iPlayer, a current TV licence is required.

A local aerial installer would be your best option if you wish to use the box to it's full extent.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
