Losing channels

After a lot of trying to rescan channels without success,removed USB, re scannedfor lost channels, most came back including ones never had before, but a few I did want are lost. 
Also when installed USB, BBC channels revert to iPlayer. Not happy since having to change to 4K from previous box. Can’t record successfully.

Hi

 

TalkTalk no longer provide a recordable TV box and also no longer issue the 4K TV Box. 

 

Customers are now offered the TV HUB, that is android based and cannot record.

 

With the box that you currently have, try a full reset, press the button on the side 5 times and this will fully reset the box.   You can then retune the channels and see if there is any improvement.
