Lost channels

Since receiving my new 4k net gem box I’ve lost all channels between 10 and 200

Hi

 

Connect your aerial directly to your TV and check the channels for reception issues, breakup etc as some channels have had issues with the recent bad weather affecting transmitters.

 

If the channels appear fine, then connect the aerial back to the box and try a retune.

 

If the channels are still missing, try resetting the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times to initiate a reset.
