I am paying for Netflix but the app is no longer showing on my tv app guide

help !

Hi

 

Netflix have withdrawn support for their app across a lot of older devices and TV's.  This also includes the legacy youview boxes, Models DN360 / DN370 & DN372T.

 

This was a Netflix decision and beyond our control.  

 

You can still access Netflix on other supported devices, laptops, tablets and later model of smart TV's.

 

You can also consider upgrading to the TV HUB as this will support apps such as Netflix and ITVX etc.

 

If this is something you are considering, give our teams a call and they can discuss options and offers with you.
