Since I received my new tv hub last week I have had endless problems making it work with my smart tv. I have been on a chat with TalkTalk and also with Samsung about my tv .

nothing works I am at my wits end. I want a person to come here to get it sorted 

can anyone help. If not I have to send this tv hub back or put it in the bin. It’s absolutely ridiculous
