New Tv hub not syncing with tv

After setting up new tv hub model UZW4054TTG all was working ok. Couple of weeks ago when I switched on it was just a blank screen. TV working ok, hub lights up with remote but is not syncing. Have checked all cables, changed hdmi ports, but nothing just a blank screen.

Have followed instructions for reset. It came up to reboot on screen. Pressed ok, youview showed up and tv hub started flashing but screen then went blank again. Have waited but nothing has happened. Still a blank screen.
