Hi 

I think I need a new / different box as I can't get ITVX with their changes .

How do I go about this ? 

 

This is the one I have , scuse the dust.! And it's sat on a DVD player, ignore that

I contacted TalkTalk via Chat and sorted out a new box immediately and with discount.  It's on its way to me .

Very impressed with Talktalk's service . 😄

They'll check whether you can add a 4K box to your package (@£5.00 per month rental instead of the TV charge).
