Newish customer constant blanking of tv. I have checked the aerial connection & thats ok

I can't find any help except check aerial  connection which I have already done. Not impressed 

This is non applicable.

What model TV Box do you have ?

 

Also, if you connect aerial direct to TV, is that receiving ok ?
