No access to ITVX

I have been unable to access ITVX since it changed from ITV hub. Please send me a new TV box which will enable access to ITVX ASAP. All other TV stations are working perfectly and there is no problem with the connection to anything else other than ITVX.

Contact Talktalk by phone or Chat, as you'll need to get this applied in your contract when the new TV hub is sent out, @Loopy159.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Hi we cannot access ITVX with the Talk talk box we have, so we need a new box sent out Thankyou Sheila Dell

Hi 

 

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes.  This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.

This will explain how you can upgrade to the new TV HUB.
