Now TV Boost Not Working

I have both the Now Cinema and the Now Entertainment add-ons which say should include the Now Boost (no ads, multiple devices) yet, at the weekend I could not watch Now TV on more than one device AND it showed adverts for cars, food, etc.

 

So, I started the 7 day free trial of Boost from my Now TV account - and this worked at removing the ads and allowed me to stream on two devices. Though, I obviously don't want to continue with paying an extra £6 per month for this service which should be included.

 

Has anyone else had experience with this?
