Decided to add now back to my package hoping this problem had been fixed ...we signed up to a product that says watch in HD without adverts and there is no HD boost active ...and I can see a lot of peope are in the sane boat..and all that I see that is happening is let's take it off and put it back on ...same story still no boost ...when will this be fixed ?

just a thought hoping it might help as it’s what I had to do - have you signed out and then signed back in? And have you then tried opening it on two devices?

Sorry, I did not explain very well, I've got your details here, what I mean is, our team has asked me to pass over your account number etc, so they can get this picked up 🙂
They can then add this manually as it may not have been on their initial list while the free trial was in place, but they will check and make sure.
So I'm monitoring my chats with the wider team for any more updates.

Membership to NOW as having the boost too.

No timescale then ? ...talktalk advertise it as in HD and no adverts with the boost ...we are not getting what we signed up for

Not as yet. They are proactively fixing these manually, but have not identified the root cause. they are still investigating why this failed to add, or why the orders failed to this can be prevented going forward.
