This has been under discussion all afternoon.  I keep losing the Chat page which has all the details.  I cannot afford any more time discussing this issue.  I just want it fixed.  If I need an up-dated TV Box can you please forward it to me.  I hope without charge.  All the cable connections are as they should be so I presume the problem is not with us.  Powerline adaptors in plug sockets both working - all 3 lights are lit.
