Powerline adaptor on tv

I cannot find the factory reset button on my adaptors.I cannot get them to pair.The powerline light is not illuminating.

Hi Peter, 

 

if there are no lights on the adapters, try them in a double wall socket side by side and see if they illuminate.

 

Also, the model of these will be helpful.
