Do you mean the new TV Hub box?

 

If so, there is no recording function on this box 

 

If an old YouView box, go to guide, find the programme and press the red R button and select series or episode.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
