Hi
I have just “upgraded” to the new netgem box. I have to use a USB for recordings. I have set it all up and it works and records fine. However every night so far it has wiped all recordings and I have to reset it.
If anyone has had any similar experiences or knowledge of a fix for this, feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a different usb stick? If you purchased from eBay or similar it may be a fake and nit work.
Try resetting the box. Press the button on the side 5 times to reset to factory mode.
