I recently lost most channels, probably linked into Storm Darragh.  I have a k4 box and have  re-tuned (had a bit of a problem as, at first, only a small number of channels were picked up.  My regional channell BBC West changed to BBC Spotlight.  A further re-tuning picked up all (I think).  Looking at the Regional setting it says that I have two, GBR and West.  When regional news comes on I used to get BBC West which is the area I am in but now get BBC Spotlight.  I cannot see anywhere to get BBC West back.  Help needed please.

Sorry, do you men that you can get this direct on the TV.  Does the aerial go direct to the 4K box usually ?

I should have said that I can get BBC West if I change from the box to receiving direct from the ariel.
