The red light in top left corner of remote is always flashing and none of the buttons work anymore, I saw this on an older thread and the solution was to post out a new remote control

Hi

 

We do not have stocks of individual remotes for these boxes, so I can only replace the whole unit, box and remote.  Would you like me to do this ?

Karl, it says Netgem on bottom and is model with USB port so can insert USB to record programmes, 4K remote control, the one with FPlay and Netflix white buttons at top

Hi Michelle, not working, batteries are fine as work in another item, also red light flashing all the time so obviously battery to power it. So it is broken and I need a new one posting out please so I can use the box I'm paying for

Im assuming from your description that you have an older YouView box.

 

TalkTalk no longer have supplies of these as the boxes are approaching end of life.

 

Have you tried resetting the remote and changing batteries? Instructions to reset can be found here.

If all else fails there are usually remotes for sale on ebay.
