Replace old TV Box with New one

We have a TV box that's about 6 or 7 years old, apps like Now TV don't run, and it uses a V3 remote.

 

Since we record a lot of shows, we would like to get a TalkTalk TV Plus Box DN372T, with recording functionality (not the Hub, nor do we need 4k).

 

How do we proceed please?

TalkTalk have not supplied recordable boxes for over 2 years now, so your only option if you want a recordable box is to purchase your own.

 

If you go down that route I'd recommend a Humax T2000 or newer or the BT pro box.

 

You also have the option of a freeview plus box.

 

To get a replacement from TalkTalk, if eligible for a new box, you will need to phone customer services and maybe recontract.
