Full Fibre 150 and Voice package

I have been asked to get in touch with one of your team as the problem that I still have is still with me. My account is still reading that I'm on Fibra 35. and the speed is 45Mbps download
29 Mbps upload. I had the full fibra fitted with Open Reach a week ago I have been trying to get in touch with someone as I'm 92 years old I need to talk on the phone thank you.

the order is delayed as there is a care alarm on your line so you need to speak to the full fibre team to ensure the alarm is not effected by the new Voip service.
