My set-top box frequently freezes. On such occasions, the box will not respond to the remote control; the only button that works is the Box On/Off button. If I switch it off and on again with the remote, the box returns to the same, frozen condition.
Switching the box off and on again at the mains connection only restores the box for a short period before it, once agin, freezes.
How does one obtain a new box?

Hi
TalkTalk stopped providing the older youview boxes 4 years ago and no longer provide a recordable youview box.
TalkTalk now only provide the android based TV HUB.
