I UPDATED MY TALKTALK CONTRACT LAST WEEK AND HAVE RECEIVED A NEW HUB WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A RECORD FACILITY WHICH I REQUIRE

TalkTalk no longer provide a recording box, however the majority of content these days can be found on the catch up apps.

If you still have your old YouView box you can continue to use this to record and the hub for catch-up apps such as ITVX, that no longer work on old boxes.
TalkTalk no longer provide recordable boxes
If you don't want the box though, you will need to phone the loyalty team to cancel that part of your contract.
