If I cancel my Talk Talk package to switch to another provider, will I have to return my TV Box along with my router? If I keep it will I be charged and will it still work with my new provider?

You will have to return the router and the TV HUB when leaving TalkTalk.

It depends on what box it is and whether, depending on type, it has ever been replaced.
