Please can you organise to send me a new tv hub to replace our existing Talktalk tv box so that we can receive itvx in November.

Thankyou, I've had a look and you are eligible for one of the new 4K TV boxes.
The old TV charge has been replaced by TalkTalk entertainment and this has to be added to your package to receive the new 4K TV box.
If you give our customer services teams a quick call and ask for the new 4K TV box, they can make the required changes to your account and get this dispatched for you.
