Upgraded Package and wrong prices yet again sent in confirmation email.

Upgraded through my account prices clearly listed as £20 sky sports and £5 TV. With free equipment P&P .

Then I get a confirmation email stating £34.99 with discount of £13.99 + £5 TV making it £26 should be £25 and £9.95 P&P which should be free as stated when placing the order 

Can someone look into this as Live Chat is useless as always.

ve asked for the prices to be corrected and confirmed in writing.

The account shows Fibre500 £44.54 +  £20 now Sports membership +£5 Tv

 

If this is not what you agreed you will need to go back to the loyalty team on 03451720088

I've added the Fttp number and account number in profile. 

 

Using a different email address on the community forum than what the account is registered with.

Are the details in your community profile correct? it points to an account disconnected in 2013.
