Hi
we are having lots of problems with our TV box. Tomorrow we have our 4th engineer visit booked. It runs fine for about a month then suddenly refuses to work, we have to unplug it all and re plug, sometimes it works, sometimes not. It’s sooo frustrating if you just want to flick it on for 10 mins while you’re having a coffee. Anyone else?

OK, if it's the TV HUB, it will be the android based one.
Has the box ever been replaced since it started having these issues ?

It’s a small square one with rounded corners, I think they said it’s a hub. Currently awaiting engineer
