I nolonger require TV box and do not want to pay for it any longer. What do I do? Can't get through to anyone.

Sorry but you will need to persist if you wish to cancel TV.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Thanks. I tried that number. They gave me text link which did not work on my mobile. So can't contact them.

Hi,

 

This is classed as a cancellation of service and to do so you will need to phone.

 

Ask for the loyalty team and they will remove the charge and arrange for return of the box if required.
