TV controller no longer works, the red lights keeps flashing but non of the buttons work. I have tried changing the batteries

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

 

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

 

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

Have replaced  the batteries, reset box as asked, reset comes on screen , but unable to control choices as controller does not operate on any function , but the red light is always flashing as soon as the batts inserted

I'm assuming you have checked the batteries are ok, and the correct way round in the remote ?

 

Has it ever worked, or just stopped working ?

 

Have you tried resetting the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times ?
