4k box remote stopped working and cant use tv can i get a reacement remote

My remote as stopped working changed batteries but only works now and again and now can't watch TV can I get a replacement remote it's 4k tv box

Hi

 

We do not have individual stocks of remotes for the 4K TV Box, so I'll have to replace the whole unit,  TV box with remote.

 

I'll send this out now.

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
