TV not lit up on my router.

I have tried to connect TV to talktalk on the settings it says it is connected to the internet then all the programmes are coming from Freeview and the TV lights are on except the TV.

As fr8ys says, if all apps and channels are working as they should, don't worry about the light.

Try opening iPlayer on your box as this is internet based which the Freeview channels are not.

 

Did it open ok?

 

If yes and the light stayed off I wouldn't worry about it as the box is working as it should.
