TV remote control

My remote control is faulty. The navigation circle will not shift to the left. All other functions work fine. I basically need a new remote.

I have spent 30 minutes on the phone helpline and got nowhere before giving up.

I then spent 1hr 45mins on the online chat line speaking to 3 different people, the last of which said the boss would ring back in 2 hours.

24 hours later I have heard nothing.

This is appalling service over a simple matter.

Any advice?
