I have just noticed that I have been charged £5 per month for Talk Talk to for some time now. I do not have Talk Talk TV!

Hi @MargaretGillianRamsay 

 

The TV charge was introduces a number of years ago and allows customers to access additional TV options via my Account.

 

As my colleague advises, if this is no longer required, you can give our Teams a quick call and this can be removed after a quick security check with you.
