Hi everyone, Ive just upgraded to fibre and have been told TalkTalk Tv was included in my previous account, 4 years old. Should I have box to watch TV or is it through an app? Thanks.

as my colleague advises, there is an additional charge of £5 per month for the TalkTalk 4K TV Box.
If this is required our customer teams can add this for you.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

TV's included in package titles, but unless you actually pay the TV charge a box isn't sent.
You need to speak to customer services again and check your billing details to see what was covered.

If you are paying already, they should send you the TV HUB, @GaelMcG.
If not yet paying they will need to add it to the contract specifically - it's not a boost. You can't just add it yourself (or remove it) in My Account.
