I am paying £5 a month for this service, I don't use it (I haven't used it for well over a year) I'm out of contract.
How do I get it removed?

@cliffjs, any time you renew your contract, also mention to Talktalk that you don't want the TV services, and do the negotiations in person on the phone/Chat.
Using their online offers automatically tends to add the TV charge to the package, so you have to make sure this is avoided if you don't want it, or any other extras for that matter.
