I seem to be having issues finding channels on my hub when it’s plugged in correctly. My satellite wire works fine as this was previously plugged into my tv and found channels straight away. My Talktalk box isn’t finding anything. Help please.

Can someone please phone me regarding issues with my box please. I try to phone and as I don’t have a Talktalk number as I’m just internet & tv customer this doesn’t allow me to get through.
