Trying to connect the app to my box. I do not know the code for my box. The message says I have to go to Settings - Personalisation to find it but there is no personalisation in my settings.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

You are looking at the Settings on the box, yes?
