It doesn’t work when it’s windy? Yet it’s Fibre?

Hi @Helle

Freeview channels are over the air and not affected by the internet.

I lose some channels when it rains, such as sky news and some BBC channels. This is directly on my TV, not via any TV Box etc, so like you, this is aerial related or transmitter related.

Thanks

Karl.

Your TV channels come in via your aerial. Fibre has no influence on terrestrial signals.

Your fibre connection will only be used for your catch-up TV via your apps.

If you are experiencing issues when it's windy it is most likely to be an aerial issue. You can check if your TV is also experiencing issues if you plug the aerial directly into the TV.

You will most probably need to get your aerial looked into BT a local aerial company.
