Hello, I have no conection on my TV for TalkTalk It came on briefly and then presented me with a blank screen. It is a Samsung Smart TV and when I click on Source and select HDMI2 it shows nothing no TalkTalk indentification at all. I have just completed a connection test and that is fine but the problem is with the HUB. I have connected correctly as per your diagram but nothing on TV. How do Ifix this?

You do not say which TalkTalk TV box that you have. How does it connect to the router? If it is one of the YouView models, then they connect via Ethernet only & most people had them connecting via Power Line Adapters. If this is the case, please check each PLA to make sure that it has three green lights on it.
