I'm having trouble with my old tv box. It's very slow to work. The remote control doesn't work on times and when changing channels it's very slow. Many times the only way is to turn it all off and start again. Having to do this daily! I've done software update and I've reset to factory settings and it makes no difference. Tv box is around 8 years old and recordable. No issues recording. It's viewing what's on and just painfully slow to operate.
Please help I'm getting nowhere and Christmas fast approaching!
I think we need a new tv box!

TalkTalk stopped providing those older TV boxes about 4 years ago, so the box cannot be repaired or replaced.
If you currently have a smart TV, this may have the usual apps such as Netflix, ITVX etc.
If you are interested in our New TV HUB, you can give our teams a call and they can discuss options and offers with you.
Please note however that TalkTalk no longer provides a recordable box. The New TV HUB will stream only and receive freeview channels but will not record.
