Unable to activate NOW TV

I am signed up for NOW TV Entertainment and Sport.

I have had text messages saying activate via link email. To date I have not received an email.

Have tried to resove this using Chat feature without success. Last  attempt said email would be resent within 48 hrs. Nothing happened since.

Hi

 

A link will expire after 14 days if Now is not activated within this period.

 

Can you log into your NOW TV account directly on your PC or laptop etc.  The username will be your TalkTalk billing email address.

 

When logged in, try opening the email and clicking the link.  Does it produce the same result ?

Latest attempt to resolve problem produced same negative result - problem is escalated to Now TV, eventually (after several days!) I receive  another email saying "Activate Now TV", click on the link, tries to redirect then reports a problem and link has expired.

 

Just going around in circles!!

 

Very frustrating.

Hi

 

Sorry for the delay, I was away last week. As this was not activated within 14 days then the original order would cancel and this can no longer be activated.  I can see you have called in on friday and our loyalty team have escalated to provisioning to have this removed and re-added for you.

Staff are not back before Monday on the forum, @Stefan4.

 

@Karl-TalkTalk would have been expecting you to reply sooner after his last post, so that he could follow up if something was still amiss.

Still no progress on This issue!!

Are Tech Supporgt looking at this? as I have had no correspondence since last test email.

Hi

 

An activation email was sent on 16th when this was added, this will have been sent to your main email address you use for billing etc.

 

Have you logged in to webmail and checked all folders including any junk or spam folders to see if there is any activation email.
