I have been unable to receive these stations for several days and it is particlarly bad tonight. The screen is pixilating so that it is impossible to view. No problem with other stations.

Hi

If you connect the aerial direct to the TV, are the channels still pixellated.

Some channels can be broadcast on a weaker stream.  for example, I've got a roof aerial connected directly to my TV.  For about 6 months, when it rained, I lost a couple of the BBC channels and Sky News.  recent changes at the transmitter have recently corrected this, but there are still a couple of channels that are giving poor reception.

Testing the aerial plugged directly into the TV can verify if it is a freeview or aerial issue.

Thanks

Karl.

OK, sorry about that, but it is hard to know where the issue might be without a bit more detail. The support team here will try to help, but bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.

I dont understand all your terminology, I now find channel 5 is almost as bad. I give up.

OK, are you watching via the aerial, or via the internet? Is this on your TV, or a TalkTalk box?

Yes. I repeat, it is fine on the other stations. This has been like it on 4 and 3 for some days.

Could I add that I am partially disabled, so unable to climb about and anyway, why is the reception good on the other stations?

Nothing has changed in my viewing. It is only the two stations (and their related substations) that are affected. At the moment I wouldchannel  like to watch the Grand Prix programme on Channel 4. It is impossible. There is no problem with the stations other than those linked to Channels 4 and 3. I have tried resetting the rounter and checked all my leads.

Is this on a TalkTalk TV box, if so which one and have you tried retuning? Are you able to watch through the aerial on your TV?
