What do we need to do to get ITVx?

Can you please explain to us how we get on to itv x?

Hi

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes.  This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.

I have the 4k TV box that does get ITVx but the box itself is absolute rubbish; there is so much wrong with it and I am waiting for Manhattan to start supplying their new PVR version 4 so I can ditch Talktalk's pile of poo.

ITVx is also rubbish, it doesn't have subtitles like IPlayer does so is no use to me as I can't understand the dialogue.
