Several scheduled tv programmes constantly fail to record. Do we need a new Youview box?

try the Youview Maintenance Reset  as mentioned by Keith and see if it helps.

Quite possibly, but TalkTalk has not supplied these for some time now. Have you tried the maintenance reset that keeps your recordings?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
