Mines been doing exactly the same thing..I reported the problem a fortnight ago... I've retuned two or three times.. 1st retune lasted a week.. 2nd time I did it I reset the box completely back to default and its lasted until today.. only BBC channels 1 and 2 then 29 and then up in the 200s.. was told by support they'd raise the issue with Netgem..it's a Netgem 4k box .. lost all my recordings and schedules both times.. not heard a thing off anyone.. about ready to cancel as I'm out of contract now..

Hi

This is usually straght forward.  pressing the button 5 times will initiate a full factory reset.  You can then set the box up like a new box.  If this fails to resolve the issue then the next step is to swap out the box.

Hi

Can you reset the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times.

set the box back up and retune and see if that clears the issue.

Which box do you have please so we can offer further advice, such as retuning or resetting the box.

When you say the channels are ok on your TV, have you clicked on any of those channels that are missing on the box? If so, is the picture clear or do the channels break up at all?

The weather is also affecting signal quality in various regions, so it may be an added issue.

If you can let us know what you have tried and the box staff can look into.

Thank you.
