tv hub rec'd new year had to replace last week all working except NOW? we are still paying for it no break in payment.

Can you give a little more detail.
Are you able to sign in to NOW TV , are tere any errors, can you try signing in to NOW TV on another device, PC or laptop etc, and does this work?
